Devious Esports is currently looking for knowledgeable and dedicated Fortnite Analysts to join the organisation. We’re searching for individuals with a strong understanding of competitive Fortnite who can help our teams improve through VOD review, strategy development, and performance analysis. As an Analyst for Devious, you’ll work closely with players, captains, and management to break down gameplay, identify strengths and weaknesses, and help refine competitive performance in high-level Fortnite tournaments.
Your Mission Is To
- •Review Fortnite gameplay and scrim/match performances
- •Break down player decision-making, rotations, and fight outcomes
- •Identify weaknesses and provide clear improvement strategies
- •Assist with game plans, drops, and competitive preparation
- •Produce simple, useful analytical feedback for players and staff
- •Work closely with competitive Fortnite rosters to improve consistency and results
About You
- •Strong knowledge of competitive Fortnite (FNCS, Cash Cups, scrims, etc.)
- •Deep understanding of game mechanics, rotations, and endgame strategy
- •Ability to analyse VODs and identify player/team mistakes and improvements
- •Strong communication and teamwork skills
- •High attention to detail and structured thinking
- •Passion for competitive improvement and esports growth
- •Previous competitive or analyst experience is a bonus
