With a competitive background spanning Fortnite and Counter-Strike 2, Tavo has achieved 3 Ballistics Championship titles, a Top 100 Global Ballistics ranking, Top 700 CS2 OCE, and a Semi-Finalist finish at RFLAN #73. His experience as both a competitor and operator provides a strong foundation for building successful teams and communities. As Owner of Devious eSports, Tavo oversees competitive operations, partnerships, branding, and organisational development, with a focus on creating opportunities for players, creators, and staff while continuing to grow the Devious brand.

Based in North West Western Australia, Connor, better known as Zemy, is the Founder of Devious eSports and a former competitive player with experience across multiple esports titles. With a competitive background that includes 25 Ballistics championship titles, 17 Call of Duty championship titles, and approximately $27,000 in Call of Duty tournament earnings, Zemy brings years of competitive experience to the organisation. As the founder of Devious eSports, Zemy now focuses on managing the organisation’s Zero Build roster, overseeing its competitive direction and supporting the players both in and outside of competition. His experience as a player continues to play a key role in developing the roster and maintaining Devious’ competitive standards.

Viser is the Chief Operating Officer of Devious eSports, bringing over four years of experience within the esports industry and playing a key role in the organisation's leadership and growth. Known for his strong industry knowledge and connections throughout the competitive scene, Viser has worked alongside a range of Tier 1 players, gaining valuable experience across team operations and organisational development. His leadership, professionalism, and passion for esports continue to help shape the culture and direction of Devious eSports. As COO, Viser oversees day-to-day operations, team management, and strategic initiatives, helping drive the organisation's continued growth within the Australian esports landscape.

With over three years of management experience, Vodzy has developed a strong understanding of esports operations, team management, and player development.
