Devious Esports is currently looking for dedicated and motivated Community Managers to join the organisation. We’re searching for individuals who are passionate about building and maintaining strong communities, engaging with members, and helping create a positive, active, and welcoming environment across all Devious platforms. As a Community Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the culture of the organisation, supporting community engagement, assisting with events and announcements, and helping grow the Devious community.
Your Mission Is To
- •Engage with community members on a daily basis
- •Help plan, support, and run community events and activities
- •Maintain a positive, inclusive, and active community environment
- •Assist with announcements, updates, and organisation communication
- •Work alongside moderators and staff teams to support server health
- •Represent Devious Esports professionally within all community spaces
About You
- •Strong communication and leadership skills
- •Active and engaged within online gaming communities
- •Positive, professional, and approachable attitude
- •Ability to handle situations fairly and maturely
- •Passion for gaming, esports, and community growth
- •Experience managing Discord servers or online communities is a bonus
