The Talent & Partnership Manager at Devious Esports is responsible for helping grow the organisation through talent scouting, relationship management, and partnership development. This role involves working closely with players, creators, staff, and external organisations to build opportunities, strengthen the Devious brand, and support the long-term success and expansion of the organisation within the esports industry.
Your Mission Is To
- •Recruit and scout talented players, creators, and staff
- •Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, players, partners, and organisations
- •Assist with sponsorships, partnerships, and growth opportunities
- •Help expand the Devious Esports network and brand presence within the esports industry
- •Coordinate with management, media, and community teams on organisational projects
- •Support the long-term growth, development, and direction of Devious Esports
- •Represent Devious professionally across all interactions and opportunities
