As a competitor, ZEMY has established a strong track record across multiple titles, achieving 25× Ballistics Champion titles and 17× Call of Duty Champion titles, alongside approximately $27,000 in competitive earnings from Call of Duty events. Based in Victoria, Viser serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Devious eSports, bringing over four years of experience within the esports industry and playing a major role in the organisation’s leadership, operations, and long-term development. Recognised for his strong understanding of the competitive scene and his connections throughout the industry, Viser has worked alongside a range of Tier 1 professional players, building valuable experience across high-level competitive environments and organisational operations. His passion for esports, combined with his leadership mindset and dedication to growth, has helped shape the direction and culture behind the Devious brand. Outside of esports, Viser is known for his passion for cricket and his admiration for Harvey Specter, reflecting the confidence, professionalism, and competitive mentality he brings into his role within the organisation. As COO of Devious eSports, Viser oversees organisational management, team operations, and strategic development, helping drive the continued expansion and success of the organisation within the competitive gaming space.

Based in Perth, Western Australia, Tavo (Michael) is an esports operator and competitive player with a focus on performance, structure, and organisational growth within the competitive gaming space. He brings extensive competitive experience, including 3× Fortnite Ballistics Champion titles, Top 100 Ballistics Globally, Top 700 CS2 OCE, and a Semi-finalist finish at RFLAN #73, alongside a strong understanding of high-level gameplay environments and player development. Based in New Zealand, YoTurtle is apart of the Management team for Devious eSports, recognised for his long-standing involvement within the OCE Fortnite Ballistic community and his support behind the organisation’s competitive and community operations. He has built an extensive competitive background, including 42× Ballistic Champion Titles across the OCE region, alongside 3× Zero Build Cash Cup Finalist placements and 3× Zero Build OG Cup titles. Widely regarded as one of the region’s standout Ballistic players, YoTurtle has established himself as one of the most accomplished competitors within the OCE Ballistic scene. Alongside his tournament success, he has earned over $2,000 through competitive Zero Build and Ballistic events, demonstrating consistency, longevity, and high-level performance within the competitive ecosystem. Within Devious eSports, YoTurtle contributes to management, community development, and organisational support, helping strengthen the structure and growth of the organisation while remaining an influential figure within the Fortnite competitive scene.

Based in Sydney, Mav is a valued member of the Management team for Team Devious, bringing a strong competitive background and leadership presence across multiple esports titles. Known for his experience within the competitive gaming scene, he plays an important role in supporting the organisation’s growth, operations, and overall direction. Mav has established himself as a respected competitor within the Fortnite Ballistic scene, securing 20× Ballistic Champion Titles across both the OCE and NA regions while earning over $1,000 through competitive events. Alongside his success in Fortnite, he also reached Immortal 3 peak rank in Valorant, highlighting his versatility and high-level competitive ability across multiple titles. Within Team Devious, Mav contributes to management, player support, and community development, helping strengthen the organisation’s competitive foundation while continuing to represent the professionalism, ambition, and growth of the Devious brand.
