Tavo (Michael) is the Owner of Devious eSports, responsible for leading the organisation's growth, competitive direction, and long-term vision within the Australian esports industry. With a competitive background spanning Fortnite and Counter-Strike 2, Tavo has achieved 3 Ballistics Championship titles, a Top 100 Global Ballistics ranking, Top 700 CS2 OCE, and a Semi-Finalist finish at RFLAN #73. His experience as both a competitor and operator provides a strong foundation for building successful teams and communities. As Owner of Devious eSports, Tavo oversees competitive operations, partnerships, branding, and organisational development, with a focus on creating opportunities for players, creators, and staff while continuing to grow the Devious brand.

Based in North West Western Australia, Connor, better known as Zemy, is the Founder of Devious eSports and a former competitive player with experience across multiple esports titles. With a competitive background that includes 25 Ballistics championship titles, 17 Call of Duty championship titles, and approximately $27,000 in Call of Duty tournament earnings, Zemy brings years of competitive experience to the organisation. As the founder of Devious eSports, Zemy now focuses on managing the organisation’s Zero Build roster, overseeing its competitive direction and supporting the players both in and outside of competition. His experience as a player continues to play a key role in developing the roster and maintaining Devious’ competitive standards.

Viser is the Chief Operating Officer of Devious eSports, bringing over four years of experience within the esports industry and playing a key role in the organisation's leadership and growth. Known for his strong industry knowledge and connections throughout the competitive scene, Viser has worked alongside a range of Tier 1 players, gaining valuable experience across team operations and organisational development. His leadership, professionalism, and passion for esports continue to help shape the culture and direction of Devious eSports. As COO, Viser oversees day-to-day operations, team management, and strategic initiatives, helping drive the organisation's continued growth within the Australian esports landscape.

Vodzy is a member of the management team at Devious eSports, contributing experience and ambition in the eSports scene. With over three years of management experience, Vodzy has developed a strong understanding of esports operations, team management, and player development. As a young and upcoming entrepreneur, he brings an ambitious mindset and a passion for building and growing organisations within the esports industry. His experience has allowed him to develop strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills while working in competitive environments. At Devious eSports, Vodzy supports operations, player development, and community initiatives, helping strengthen the organisation while continuing to represent the professionalism, ambition, and competitive standards of the brand.

RealPenko
Penko plays an integral role in Devious eSports, leading key management initiatives and supporting the organisation's overall growth and operational structure. Having previously contributed to organisations such as Chrome, Prevail, Lethal, Frontier, and Rexin, Penko has developed deep experience across both player management and live LAN event operations. He specializes in end-to-end Project Management, Discord community design, and Social Media growth, with a focus on executing tasks swiftly and maintaining high organizational standards. Within Devious eSports, Penko focuses on expanding brand reach, streamlining internal operations, and ensuring all team initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively.

Mav is a member of the Operations team at Devious eSports, bringing a strong competitive background and valuable experience across multiple esports titles. A respected competitor, Mav has secured 20 Ballistic Championship titles across the OCE and NA regions and earned over $1,000 through competitive play. He has also achieved Immortal 3 in Valorant, showcasing his versatility and high-level skill across different competitive environments. At Devious eSports, Mav supports operations, player development, and community initiatives, helping strengthen the organisation while continuing to represent the professionalism and competitive standards of the Devious brand.

Shxri
Based in Brisbane, Australia, Shxri is a member of the Devious eSports Community Team, bringing experience in community management and operations from previous roles with Armour Esports and Oce5n. With strengths in communication, conflict resolution, and resilience, Shxri focuses on creating a positive and engaging environment for the DVS community. Their experience in community management helps them understand the importance of maintaining a welcoming atmosphere while encouraging members to get involved. At Devious eSports, Shxri aims to build an active, connected community where members genuinely want to spend their time. Through community events, polls, regular interaction, and ongoing engagement, Shxri is committed to making the DVS Discord a place where members feel welcomed, involved, and part of something bigge

Shxrp is a member of the Community team at Devious eSports, bringing two years of experience working with various esports organisations, including Armour Esports, Vengeance Esports, Azera Esports and 7ven Esports. Having earned over $6,000 through Fortnite token competitions, Shxrp brings valuable experience and an understanding of the competitive esports scene. His background across multiple organisations has helped him develop an appreciation for community engagement and the importance of building strong relationships with supporters. At Devious eSports, Shxrp focuses on community engagement and growth, aiming to expand the DVS Discord community to 700–1,000 members while strengthening connections with supporters and attracting new audiences. He is committed to helping build an active, welcoming community and contributing to the continued growth and success of the organisation.

Spazzy
Based in Australia, Spazzy is the Studios Manager at Devious Studios, part of the Devious eSports brand, helping lead the development and growth of the Studios network. Bringing experience across community management, recruitment, operations and competitive esports, Spazzy has previously worked with organisations including Vital Scrims, Loyal Esports, GrooveMusic and Chrome. Throughout his previous roles, Spazzy has developed staff training programs, organised community events and bootcamps, recruited competitive Fortnite players, coordinated player negotiations and helped manage organisational operations. He also has experience building Discord infrastructure, developing bot systems, managing server security and permissions, and establishing partnerships to increase brand awareness. At Devious Studios, Spazzy focuses on growing the network by identifying and recruiting players, creators, coaches and production talent. His goal is to create opportunities for people across OCE, connect talent with organisations and clients, and help bring more recognition to the region's creators and competitive community.

Based in Perth, Western Australia, Chronic is part of the Devious Studios Network, bringing previous experience in esports organisation management, community development and leadership. Having previously owned and operated Prevail, Chronic understands the work involved in building an organisation, supporting its members and maintaining an active community. With a flexible approach and a willingness to take on whatever needs to be done, Chronic brings a hands-on attitude, reliability and a strong focus on teamwork. His experience and commitment make him a valuable part of the wider DVS Network. At Devious Studios, Chronic aims to support the organisation wherever needed, stay connected with the community and contribute to the continued growth of DVS. His focus is on helping create a welcoming environment, supporting those involved and ensuring the community continues to grow.
