With a competitive background spanning Fortnite and Counter-Strike 2, Tavo has achieved 3 Ballistics Championship titles, a Top 100 Global Ballistics ranking, Top 700 CS2 OCE, and a Semi-Finalist finish at RFLAN #73. His experience as both a competitor and operator provides a strong foundation for building successful teams and communities. As Owner of Devious eSports, Tavo oversees competitive operations, partnerships, branding, and organisational development, with a focus on creating opportunities for players, creators, and staff while continuing to grow the Devious brand.

A respected competitor, Mav has secured 20 Ballistic Championship titles across the OCE and NA regions and earned over $1,000 through competitive play. He has also achieved Immortal 3 in Valorant, showcasing his versatility and high-level skill across different competitive environments. Spencer is a member of the Management Team at Devious eSports, recognised for his long-standing involvement within the OCE Fortnite Zero Build community and his support of players, creators, and the wider competitive scene. Known throughout the community for his dedication and consistency, Spencer finished Chapter 4 ranked among the Top 10 players in OCE for wins and achieved a Top 50 global ranking for total wins. His passion for Fortnite and commitment to the community have made him a respected figure within the Zero Build scene.
